MOUNTAIN PACIFIC BANK ANNOUNCES NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Tim Cassels joins as EVP and CFO

Everett, WA – October 2025 – Mountain Pacific Bank is pleased to announce that Tim Cassels joined the Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Tim joins Mountain Pacific Bank from State Bank Northwest in Spokane, where he served as EVP and CFO. With more than 30 years of banking experience, including over two decades in executive leadership roles, Tim brings a wealth of strategic and financial expertise to the Bank.

A native of Burlington, Washington, Tim began his banking career at InterWest Bank in Oak Harbor. For the past 20 years, he has been a key figure in the Spokane banking community, earning a strong reputation for his leadership and commitment to excellence in financial management.
